My underperforming pension

18/12/2020

Peter has looked after my pension for numerous years now.

I can only say his approach has made me feel confident that someone is directing my finances in a professional manner.

Being an independent financial advisor, Peter has been able to give me impartial advice with no pressure – he’s showed me the best funds in which to invest.

Like many other people my investments have risen and fallen, but because of the places where we invested my money, I have seen a positive overall return.

He is straight talking, which I think is another good attribute  – this instils me with confidence that I will have an enjoyable retirement.

A pension is a long-term investment not normally accessible until 55 (57 from April 2028). The value of your investment (and any income from them) can go down as well as up which would have an impact on the level of pension benefits available.
